Transfer fee per warranty registration (if amount is not specifically stated on back; the fee is $30.00 per coverage for chemical registrations). |

An inspection form will be sent to you to be taken to your
dealership for completion. You are to return the completed
form to Zurich Shield® along with proof of the re-application of the product. A letter will be sent to you confirming the
renewal, per the provision in your warranty. |
